Ref. 04Suspension and steering
Suspension and steering parts wear slowly, so most drivers get used to it without noticing. The car floats a little more, clunks over a driveway, wanders in its lane. We work on shocks, struts, bushings and ball joints, and we check the alignment.
A worn joint or a leaking shock is something you can see once it is pointed out. We photograph it for the estimate and explain what it does to the way the car handles.

Common signs. Any one of them is reason enough to have it looked at.
After drop-off we inspect the suspension and steering and check the alignment. The written estimate shows the worn parts in photos and sorts them by how soon they need doing. You approve what you want done.
A joint with real play in it is urgent. Tired shocks usually are not, though they are worth planning for. The two columns on the estimate keep those apart.
The estimate comes first, in writing, with photos. Nothing is done without your approval.
